For over 50 years, the Messenger division of OnTrac has focused on providing efficient, service-driven delivery solutions for customer's specific needs. Combined with affordable prices, OnTrac, then Express Messenger Systems, grew to become the premiere choice for messenger and regional distributions solutions, while still retaining our flexibility and service attitude.

OnTrac has developed a dedicated customer service group, the FAM team. The Financial Account Management team has over 65 years of combined experience and monitors all financial products. Our FAM is available everyday and works with you to manage everything from weather delays to specific holiday pickup and delivery schedules. The FAM uses our in-house IT solutions to provide complete visibility of your product at all times.
