OnlineFM, LLC collects and uses your personal information to operate the OnlineFM, LLC Web site and deliver the services you have requested. OnlineFM, LLC also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from OnlineFM, LLC and its affiliates. OnlineFM, LLC may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. OnlineFM, LLC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. OnlineFM, LLC may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, OnlineFM, LLC may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries.

In October 1991 OnLINE FM, LLC emerged out of the 20 year old architectural firm of Askew, Nixon, Ferguson Architects - Memphis, TN to deliver services exclusively related to the analysis, planning, design, implementation and support of Computer Aided Facility Management Systems (CAFM). As a specialty group inside of ANFA and since the incorporation as a stand alone company OnLINE has worked with customers such as: FedEx, State of TN, Alltel Corporation, Motorola, AT&T, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, First Tennessee Bank, Bekaert Steel, Georgia-Pacific, and many others.

Dear FMRG Customers: We are very pleased to announce that on November 9, 2011 OnLINE FM, LLC purchased the business of the Facilities Management Resource Group (FMRG) and will continue to provide full service and support under any existing software subscription, maintenance or support agreement you may currently have with FMRG. Most of the FMRG staff are still on board with the FMRG business as full-time employees of OnLINE, and are still located in Utah. We have done everything possible to provide seamless continuity of the outstanding service and support you have come to expect from FMRG and you should see no change or disruption of maintenance and support for your FM Works and ARCHIBUS systems. All the phone and fax numbers and email addresses are still the same, so there is no change in contact procedures. Established in 1991, OnLINE FM is a well-established and highly respected firm that delivers software and services exclusively related to the analysis, planning, design, implementation and support of Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
