In fact, the Baby Boomers are just starting to retire and they REALLY want to stay active and have fun. And, as you can see, we’re ready for them. Come to think of it, we’ve been ready for them for over 30 years.

Our executive team has over one-hundred years of combined experience in business and over a decade together as a team. In technical terms, that’s known as oodles. It gives us wisdom. Which allows us to try new things and move fast. Vision | Our CEO is on a never-ending quest for the best. Because, when you seek out the best, everything else falls into place. Yes, it’s simple, but it works. Innovation | We take risks. At least they look like risks. But they’re really not. They’re just new. New ways to attract and retain employees. New ways to please customers. New ways to do business.

At One Eighty we have a wide business view to hospitality, but at the same time, we customize our products and services to each market. The bottom line? We make our customers say yipppeeeeee each and every time. No exceptions. Ever.

From the very beginning, we’ve developed communities that look, act, and feel more like resorts and cruise ships. Not retirement communities. Can you believe it? Back then, no one thought seniors wanted to have fun. Our response? You guys are all wacko. Okay, we didn’t actually say that. But we thought it. And that’s why we pioneered true restaurant dining.
