Robert R. Massey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino, in June, 1990. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School Of Law in December, 1992. While in law school Mr. Massey was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts. Mr. Massey also was a member of law review and authored a published law review article about Constitutional Law, "The Lemon Test: Reverence of Reality" San Diego Justice Journal, Vol. 1: 105 (Winter 1993). Mr. Massey is a licensed real estate broker and REALTOR ®. Mr. Massey's law practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions and litigation. In addition, he has extensive experience in numerous cases involving Homeowners' Associations. His experience as a civil litigator includes extensive pretrial work, as well as both jury and bench trials. He has represented clients in arbitration and mediation, and has successfully negotiated settlements for his clients both in and out of court. Mr. Massey also devotes a significant amount of his practice to handling appellate matters. Mr. Massey has been admitted to practice by the State Bar of California, the Federal District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts, and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Massey is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the San Diego Association of Realtors.
