Although we offer a wide array of services, the majority of our work stems from storm restoration services. It’s definitely our specialty! Roughly 95% of our services are related to insurance claims for unexpected damage, such as storm and weather related incidents. Because of this, we are experienced in working with insurance companies and adjustors to help ensure you get the repairs you’re entitled to, as quickly, easily, and smoothly as possible. We pride ourselves on quality people using quality products to execute quality workmanship.

Your insurance company may ask you to obtain three estimates. Your settlement amount will be based on these estimates. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for; so shopping for the lowest prices in order to save the insurance company money will result in you getting a cheaper repair using lower quality products. ONEWAY will be happy to negotiate with your carrier on your behalf for a fair settlement and ensure you receive the highest quality repair.

Built upon founder and owner Tony Lanzone’s extensive experience in both construction and project management, we provide not only general construction repairs and remodeling, but also install and repair roofing, siding, windows and gutters.

A. No. Our extensively trained project managers provide completely free, thorough inspections. If it appears there has been damage to your roof, we provide a no charge, no obligation estimate for the repair costs.

We are seasoned professionals that understand not only the investment you have in your home, but also how important it is to have a home project finished as quickly and efficiently as possible. No matter how large or small the project is, you will be assigned a Project Manager to be a personal point of contact for you, coordinate with your insurance company (if needed) to make the process as seamless as possible for you, and most of all…make sure your project is completed not only in a timely and stress-free manner, but completed to your satisfaction.
