(OCS) was founded in May 1991 as a software solution and network equipment provider specializing in the development of high-end communications systems and solutions. The Company grew rapidly by delivering high quality, sophisticated 'cornerstone' products and solutions to its key customers. The Company has become a well-respected provider of software solution, and design and engineering house for transmission, access and switching equipment vendors.

Via its wholly owned subsidiary company in US -- Cyberpath Inc. ( www.cyberpathinc.com ), OCS also offers various hardware product which includes Layer 2, Layer 3 Ethernet Switches and Power over Ethernet Switches (PoE). In 2006, OCS established a wholly owned subsidiary company in Chengdu China -- OpenCon Cyberpath China Ltd. ( www.opencon.com.cn ), which enables OCS to be better positioned to support its customers worldwide.

Being a primary supplier of the OMCI stack, ONT total software solution and OLT management solution, OCS' attendance at the FSAN sponsored forums/events would certainly facilitate OCS to better understand the vendor interoperability issues and the concerns of the OMCI Implementation Study Group (OISG). OCS' participation in FSAN discussion groups would enable OCS to provide a better GPON management solution that meets the requirements of equipment suppliers and service providers.

OCS has been working with various telecommunications and data communication equipment vendors and assisted them in creating their 'cornerstone' products. In particular, OCS is well known for its SONET/SDH DCC and GR303 embedded management solutions which have facilitated a number of transmission and access equipment vendors to produce their quality products with high reliability, availability and manageability.

OCS has been providing OSI 7 layer based solutions for SONET equipment vendors for more than 10 years and has used its vast expertise in SONET DCC area to develop a package that are interoperable with SONET DCC implementations of leading SONET equipment vendors such as Fujitsu, Lucent, Nortel and Alcatel.
