Jack Wolf, Managing Partner of Open Permit Services, has lived or worked in Miami-Dade County for over 40 years. While semi-retired in 2000, he found himself faced with the daunting task of closing four expired open building permits on his own home. During the course of that eight month project, and after assisting friends with open permit problems on their own homes, it was determined there was a social, as well as economic need that had to be filled. Thus, Open Permit Services was founded. Today, he's pleased to say, more permits are closed in eight days than in eight months.
