Paul has held sales and management positions with Businessland, Open Source Systems, and VA Linux Systems. At Open Source Systems, Paul’s responsibilities included hiring, training, setting budgets and quotas for successful sales. He consistently achieved and exceeded targeted goals. As a veteran, Paul is involved with Veteran advocacy groups, donating time, money and energy to help veterans to return to a productive life.

Kelli Richards joins The Coding Tree with 20+ years of experience in the entertainment and technology industries, as creating powerful connections is her every day success story. Kelli has been driving the union of Silicon Valley, Hollywood and Madison Ave as a strategist, innovator, rainmaker and thought leader for over two decades. Richards is best known for having launched digital music at Apple, where she led all digital music initiatives for 10 years. She is also a sought after producer of mega concerts, awards shows and celebrity fundraisers. Richards was a former A&R exec at EMI and have served on the Board of Governors of the San Francisco Chapter of NARAS (the Grammy Awards), as well as the Board of Advisors for Rock the Earth.
