J. M. Grimstad was established in 1934 as an independent manufacturer representative for Tomkins-Johnson Cylinders and Racine Hydraulics Vane Pumps. We have come a long way since those early years as a “basic” hydraulics company and are now proud to include leading manufacturers that allow us to expand and provide expertise beyond traditional hydraulics.
Limited Warranty: Seller warrants to Buyer that its Products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period lasting until (a) 12 months from the date of installation or (b) 18 months from the date of shipment from Seller's Facility, whichever shall occur first (the "Warranty Period").

Grimstad, Inc., is a full service distributor of hydraulic, pneumatic, filtration and automation products; as well as a system integrator with in-house design and manufacturing capabilities for hydraulic, lubrication, and filtration systems; pneumatic and electrical control panels; and machine logic and motion control systems.
