We are based in beautiful Central New England and have worked as an Independent planning firm for over 20 years. We are proud to be process oriented versus product oriented. While there are products within our industry that clients are familiar with, we have the freedom to look outside of the box and provide custom solutions.

Frank joined the Optimum Financial team having previously worked in Sales and Customer Service with a major national insurance company. He is a Licensed Producer for Property, Casualty, Life, and Health products as well as being certified for Banking products. He also brings 15+ years of experience in International Business, Management, Manufacturing and Sales as a Latin American specialist to the table.

Both positive and negative evaluations are included in the scoring. Only wealth managers with more than five years of experience in the financial services industry are considered. Each wealth manager is reviewed for regulatory actions, civil judicial actions and customer complaints as reported by FINRA, the SEC, the State Board of Accountancy and the State Bar. The list is reviewed by a panel of industry experts before it is finalized. Safeguards are built into the review process to reduce the ability to influence the final list on the basis of company affiliation.

I have been working in the Financial Services arena for over 19 years and am proud to adhere to the highest professional ethics and dedicated service.

I came to Optimum Financial in 2010 with over 10 years’ of experience in the insurance industry to work within the area of Administration.
