Minimum/General Experience: Five years of overall experience with working knowledge of computer hardware and software and performing software analysis, knowledge of technical analysis and solving complex problems, expertise with three or more state-of-the-art software products, experience with system design, application development and computer programming as well as software evaluation and testing, with experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education.
