Description

Oregon Internet Properties is owned and operated by David and Becky Work. OIP was formed in 1996 out of a combination of David's skill with Computers and Becky's skill with Real Estate. The area's best known Real Estate site, OIP now advertises properties for over hundreds of the area's best Real Estate Agents and builders.
OIP owes its success to the backgrounds of its owners, the commitment of its employees, and to the philosophy that comes with struggling in an industry subject to immense (and sometimes unreasonable) regulation. The Internet is also bringing significant change to the Industry, and OIP hopes to host many of those changes in Lane and Douglas Counties. David Work
David started his data processing career in 1973, after receiving his degree from Portland State University in German Language and Literature. Progressing steadily from programmer trainee to Data Processing Manager, he started his own consulting business in 1985.
