Oregon Physics, LLC was founded in 2007, with a mission to develop innovative ion beam systems. We apply our 100 years of combined experience in the field of charged particle optics to develop practical solutions for our customers. We conduct research and product development on new charged particle sources and optics. We also offer services in the design, development, fabrication, and installation of custom ion sources and optics for a client’s specialized applications.

We specialize in applications requiring large cross-sections or large milled volumes, coupled with FIB accuracy and beam placement.

The founding members of Oregon Physics have more than 100 years of combined experience designing and building scientific instruments based on charged particle optics. We have designed many of the leading ion beam and electron beam instruments used in research and industrial applications.

Oregon Physics develops and manufactures innovative ion beam systems . We also offer services in the design, development, fabrication, and installation of custom ion sources and optics for clients’ specialized applications.
