Orenstein Solutions offers a variety of treatments for Attention Deficit Related Disorders, including child and adult evaluations, individual and family counseling, and medication management. Our team of clinicians have all had extensive experience working with ADD and ADHD issues effecting children, adults and families.

Sarah Maxey is the office manager at Orenstein Solutions. Sarah graduated UNC-Chapel Hill with a Psychology Major. She provides reception services and adds an artistic, creative touch to our practice. Sarah will be glad to answer your questions regarding our practice.

Margaret “Pendy” Payne provides counseling to children (ages 3 and up), teens, and adults. Ms. Payne has extensive experience working with children and their families in schools, medical and mental health settings. She offers consultations and counseling to address a variety of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Child/Teen Behavioral Problems, ADHD, Relationship Issues and Family Counseling.

We provide comprehensive psychological evaluations, taking into consideration physical, emotional and environmental factors of your child. We then provide a written report identifying the specific learning and/or attention difficulties your child is experiencing as well as practical strategies to implement at school and at home. Our child evaluations qualify as the documentation necessary to request accommodations in the North Carolina school system.
