Organizer Systems has been providing high quality handcrafted leather bookbinding and field service products for over 20 years. Leather is considered the finest, longest-lasting material for covering books. Our handcrafted books and leather products use the finest genuine leather obtainable. Each hide is fully vat-dyed and color-finished to our specifications and inspected to assure the very minimum of scars and flaws that naturally occur in all hides. Our leather is a natural material made of animal hide so textures will vary. Just as no two animals are exactly alike no two pieces of leather are identical. These natural characteristics are not defects and are considered marks of distinction in full-grain leather. Over 50 painstaking steps go into the handcrafting of each unique book, therefore we normally require 5-7 weeks from the time we start an order until it is completed. Rush orders are available for some items for an additional charge. We retain the original factory binding in the books that we recover.
