We are a premiere eye care facility located in Arizona. Our office is dedicated to providing excellence in patient care, clinical education, and optical services. Dr. Mitchell is a leader in clinical eye care involving eye and vision disorders. We provide the highest quality lenses, frames and contact lenses to solve the vision needs of our patients.

Being in the optical industry for 5 years, Miguel comes from a background in managing a coporate optical retail store. His introduction to this industry started with nothing more than a pair of broken glasses. From there he became The General Manager of the Year for his previous company and has brought his experience, knowledge, and passion filled skill set here to Oro Valley Eyecare. Standing behind our vision to keep the visual and wellness needs of each and every patient at the forefront of our marketing efforts, Miguel is always looking for opportunities for Oro Valley Eyecare to continuously be involved in our local community.

We provide complete diagnostic and therapeutic care for children and adults with these type of vision problems.

We provide comprehensive cornea and contact lens care. After an eye examination we evaluate your eyes and determine which type of contact lens will best suit your individual needs.

Vision in the broadest sense, is the global ability of the brain to extract, process and act on information presented to the eye. This complex process can be thought of as three major but related areas: visual acuity, which is largely dependent upon refractive status and eye health; visual efficiency skills, representing eye focusing, teaming, and tracking skills; and visual information processing, representing the ability to recognize and discriminate visual stimuli and to interpret them correctly based upon previous experience. Every examination, we provide for children, regardless of the childs age, has these thoughts in mind.
