Established in 1965 by Harvey "Bud" Otterman Jr. (of Topsham), and O. Fay Allen Jr. (of Chelsea), the firm is operated and is led by Bud's son, David Otterman. Also practicing with David are Andrea Gallitano, and David's son, Adrian Otterman.
