For Your Convenience Out Of The Box Marketing has put together a page of common terms that will help you understand requests and facilitate the final product. Credit: Credit is extended to established clients. First time clients are required to pay 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon the receipt of ordered merchandise. Once credit has been established it is extended on a Net 30 basis. Payment: Out of the Box Marketing receives payment in the form of check only. We currently do not accept credit cards. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Cancellations: All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will be accepted only if merchandise has not went into production. Samples: Out of the Box Marketing is more than happy to provide samples of merchandise at catalog prices. Samples may be returned within 30 days of the order date. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and Handling: Shipment options will be discussed based on the nature of the order. All shipping and handling charges can be invoiced through Out of the Box Marketing or your company can use their UPS or Federal Express accounts to received your negotiated shipping rates. Artwork: Artwork is the most important part of your order. Out of the Box Marketing prefers electronic artwork as an Adobe Illustrator (.ESP) file from a PC/Windows platform. All e-mails can be sent to charvey(at)outofthebox-co.com. When necessary, Pantone colors will also be requested as well. Black & White Paper Proof: Paper proofs are usually available given the project schedule and will be billable. Lead times: The time from approval of the artwork to shipment of the merchandise is typically ten business days for in-stock items. Rush Services: Out of the Box Marketing recognizes that occasionally circumstances may require expedited productions. Rush services are based upon availability of production capacity and decorating method.
