Job Duties: Head Bicycle Repairman, Head of Sales, Oversees all departments within Out. Mot. Corp., Head of HR, PR, and R&D. Bio: Chad graduated with honors and a B.S. of Social Science Education from THEE University of North Dakota in 2003. In November 2008, he was elected to the Hutchinson City Council. Chad also is currently sitting on the Downtown Association Board, EDA Board, Park Board, and the Planning Commission. Chad is also involved with the Hutchinson Jaycees, Water Carnival, and Hutchinson Ambassadors. In his spare time he enjoys philanthropy by giving back to the community that has given him so much. He also enjoys playing basketball and “rolling” people with dominant post moves when he plays. Bikes Chad Owns: Gary Fisher Rig, Breezer Lightning, Gary Fisher Supercaliber, Rivendell Atlantis, Rivendell Romulus, 1984 Trek 520, Surly Cross Check, Salsa Fargo, Gary Fisher Triton, Gary Fisher Simple City 3, Santana Tandem, Gary Fisher Gemini Tandem, Gary Fisher Klunker Mary Gamradt- Assistant Manager Job Duties: Bicycle Repair, Bicycle Assembly, Most Payroll and Financial Services, Running store in Chad’s absence, Morale Booster, Spokesmodel, Provide the appropriate amounts of estrogen to curtail excessive levels of testosterone thus gaining gender equality. Bio: Mary has worked at Outdoor Motion for 6 years. She is currently the longest tenured shop employee on staff, as well as being the career leader in hours worked outside of Chad himself. Some of her awards include 12x Employee of the Month and was also voted the 5th best looking girl in the graduating class of 2008 at Hutchinson High School. Mary is currently a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Nursing. She loves supporting the Badgers Hockey teams and is apart of the student section known as “The Crease Creatures”. GO BADGERS!! Bikes Mary Owns: Trek 7.2 FX aka “Pinky”, Bianchi Eros Donna, Schwinn World Sport Marshall Julius- Captain Enthusiasm/ Sales Associate Job Duties: Bringing a positive attitude with him everyday to work, reorganizing bikes on the sales floor, web design accountability partner, general sales and repair, Founder of “The Marshall Plan” which was instituted in the hopes that Marshall when working would take care of all customers so that Chad could continue working on repairs without interruption, provide a comfortable sales environment for customers of all age, gender, race, shape and size. Bio: Marshall has worked at Outdoor Motion for 3 years. Chad has touted Marshall as the fastest learning shop kid of all time. He also is an 8x Employee of the Month. Marshall enjoys working on and repairing bikes so continue to bring in any repairs you need done! Marshall is currently a junior at South Dakota State University, majoring in Pharmacy. He also participates on the SDSU Womens Basketball practice squad and loves to cheer on his Jackrabbits. Go Big! Go Blue! Go Jacks! Bikes Marshall Owns: Trek 3rd District Josh Schantzen- Low Man on the Totem Pole/ Head of Skateboard Department Job Duties: Cleaning the coffee stuff, cleaning bikes, building new bikes. Bio: Josh has worked at Outdoor Motion for 3 years.
