Outsource Receivables Management, Incorporated has been in business since 1961. The company was founded by Wayne H. Green and has grown over the years from a small staff to over forty collection counselors, computer programmers, managers and support staff. Outsource is a Utah based corporation, located in the Mt. Ogden Corporate Plaza on the east bench of Ogden, Utah, as well as an office in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We share a 28,000 sq. ft. facility with our affiliate DAKCS, Software Systems, Incorporated, a leader in the development of collections software. At Outsource, we directly reflect your philosophy in our collection process. Our concept removes barriers debtors often perceive in resolving financial obligations. We offer opportunities to resolve debt realistically, promptly, and with dignity. Our system is available 24 hours a day to allow debtors to make payment arrangements. Outsource collection counselors are well trained in the latest collection techniques, as well as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which is followed to the letter of the law.
