Steve grew up in Allendale and still lives there today. His experience in the construction business began when he was just 14, helping his father install metal roofing during the summer. After high school, he worked for a large construction company doing insulation and landscaping before joining a framing crew. About four years later, Steve became a licensed builder and went to work with his brother building custom and spec homes.

As your neighbors here in beautiful West Michigan, we work doubly hard to be sure to reflect your values…honesty, integrity, hard work, and service. Overisel Lumber Company has been here for over 80 years, and it’s our goal to be able to shake your hand, smile, and look you in the eye for another 180 years. We’re here to stay. Zina was born and raised in the Bangor/South Haven area. She has a large Italian family of six brothers and sisters. Married to Jeff for over 25 years, they have two sons, Eric and Matthew, as well as a married daughter, Lisa. Her two grandchildren, Gavin and Gracie, really light up her life.

Dwight is the manager of our Douglas yard. He started his career in law enforcement before turning to building materials where he has worked for over 20 years.

We offer installation, no matter how big or small the job. Our professional installer has the confidence and ability to provide insightful solutions, within your budget, and on time. We can help you with all your remodeling needs by replacing windows, removing or adding walls, or any general carpentry work. We also work with local plumbers and electricians to meet all aspects of the job.
