Description
In an industry which is plagued by customer dissatisfaction and horror stories of contractors failing to fulfill their promises (or pay their bills), Owl Construction has been diligent in delighting their customers with high quality, hassle-free homes for over 20 years. David Liebold, the owner and builder, has maintained an impeccable reputation throughout the county and beyond for delivering what he promises - with a smile. He is highly recommended by his customers and gets most of his business from their personal referrals. Although involved in many aspects of the business, Dave’s first priority is attending to the needs and desires of his customers. He knows that ultimately, the success of Owl Construction lies in their satisfaction. David , a native of Chicago, came to Highlands County 23 years ago and started Owl Construction in Lake Placid. The business began to snowball as his good reputation grew and word of his quality homes spread. Because of his desire to be more central in the county, he relocated his business to Sebring in 1990 and has found it to be a excellent move. He said, "Sebring has everything, without the hustle and bustle of the coast." He feels that the high level of Christian influence and the warm friendly atmosphere make Sebring a good place to raise his 3 children. Dave has always been a "builder at heart" and constructed his first frame "house" (a lean-to) at the tender age of eight. In the years to follow, in addition to an ongoing barrage of projects, he worked with his dad putting two large additions on the family home. In fact, the company’s fictitious name came from the late nights spent working on those projects. The Liebold family came up with the Owl name long before Dave had a real business of his own. It’s kind of a family legacy. What does the future hold for Owl Construction? Well, several years ago, Dave started doing church buildings and other commercial projects in addition to his residential construction. He holds the highest commercial building license given by the state of FL and is committed to providing good quality homes, churches and buildings of any kind throughout Highlands County and sometimes even beyond. He will continue to provide good value, good service, and excellent construction to his customers and will always strive for "satisfied customers". INTEGRITY. DAVID LIEBOLD : SYNONYMOUS.
