Oxford Promotions Ltd. is a hot air balloon company specializing in special shape balloons. We fly our special shape balloons all around the world at international ballooning events advertising for major sponsors. We also do a lot of events here in the states. Frank Prell is the owner, creator & chief pilot for all the balloons. Marc Howard is the Promotions Director and Crew Chieffor all the balloons. He also designs all the balloon pins manufactured by Oxford.
