As your building maintenance provider, we will make it more convenient and economical for your company to maintain the facility by making only one call…to us. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality building maintenance services for a reasonable value. Our staff will take care of screening subcontractors, checking references and performing background checks on all personnel. By doing so, we are able to provide qualified, licensed, insured contractors with a good safety record and reputation. Our system requires accountability of our subcontractors, allowing us to measure their performance. Allowing us to see to your maintenance needs allows you more time to devote to the operation of your business.
Quality control is paramount to P&E Building Services. Our skilled and experienced staff will develop a monitoring program for your facility to enhance quality assurance. In order to maintain your company’s standard of business, a communication log will be kept on site to log any non-urgent issues that need to be taken care of in your facility. However, if you have an urgent issue, we are available by email or phone 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You will have direct contact with one of our staff members who will take immediate steps to resolve the issue. Because we are a local company, we are able to respond to and resolve any issues as soon as they are reported to us.
