Mr. Katzenmeyer is active in BOMA, IREM and ASIS having chaired and served on various committees in the associations.S imon Semaan, Executive Vice President and Co-founder of PACWEST, is a 1989 graduate of The University of La Verne with a degree in Business Administration. Mr. Semaan also owns Event Control Team Security, which specializes in event security for the Entertainment Industry. Mr. Semaan is an active member of the Orange County Sheriff's Department where he holds the position of Reserve Captain.
