Daniel Stea is PBG's President and Managing Broker. Prior to co-founding PBG, he was an owner and partner of an established real estate law firm in the East Bay. While a practicing real estate attorney, he began exploring his entrepreunureal side by acquiring and rehabilitating single family investment properties with his business partner, Suzanah Juras. Their collaboration eventually resulted in the creation of Pacific Builders Group. The success of their development activities caused many of their collegues and friends to enlist their assistance in purchasing and selling investment homes in the same manner. Pacific Builders Group thus became PBG Real Estate in order to serve the demand for experienced real estate brokerage services in the East Bay. Today, the company has evolved into a full-service real estate brokerage which handles all aspects of buying and selling one's greatest asset - their home. PBG's claim to expertise comes through many years of first hand experience purchasing and selling residential and investment properties on behalf of discerning clients.
