Description

Mr. Urso has served as the President and CEO of PCC since 2001. He has extensive executive experience in the FQHC and community health center environment as well as in community and tertiary hospitals. Prior experience includes physician practice management and development, fiscal management, and managed care. In addition, Mr. Urso has served as an ambulatory care surveyor for JCAHO and was credentialed to survey community health centers. Mr. Urso completed the Johnson and Johnson/UCLA Health Care Executive Program in 2004, and in 2007 he completed a fellowship program through the Mid-America Regional Public Health Leadership Institute at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Also in 2007, Mr. Urso presented at a HRSA conference about quality in healthcare titled “Celebrating Quality at HRSA: An Event to Glean, Align and Take Action.” Lynn Hopkins, MS Chief Operating Officer Mrs. Hopkins currently serves as the organization's Chief Operating Officer. She has been with PCC since 1994 and has extensive experience in program management, development, grants management, and health center operations.

Patrick Garrick joined PCC in 2013 to serve as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Garrick received his Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Master's in Business Administration in Finance and Health Care from Dominican University. Mr. Garrick is a Certified Public Account and has over 25 years of experience of financial accounting and management in the health care field.
