The bandwidth that we provide to your server is controlled at our switch. You can upgrade your level of service by 500kpbs increments at anytime. The colocation bandwidth is redundant within our network between 3 separate routers.

PCI has been providing VOIP service for over three years and it has been very reliable. Of course if your Internet connection goes down, then the phone no longer works. Your voicemail will still work and you can even forward your number if your phone service is down.
