Description
George Crist Sr founded Computer Maintenance Service, Inc. in 1985 to address local and regional demand for desktop PC maintenance. The service parts industry was in its youth at that point, but as demand for third party maintenance parts rose through the late 80’s, Computer Maintenance Service began addressing this need by refurbishing and reselling parts to other maintenance companies. By 1992 this division split off to form its own company, PC Parts, Inc. Computer Maintenance Service had grown to become a successful service company holding several major state maintenance contracts.
