We provide Design Services for Small to Luxury Residential and Light Commercial projects with a focus on Green Building Practices.
The contractor who is awarded the bid is in charge of construction and accordingly, is responsible for the work, which includes accountability for workmanship and materials. PD&D as your building designer providing project administration services will observe the contractor’s methods and progress and report back to you.
Even though we provide a foundation and/or basement plan you will most likely HAVE to get a structural engineer to prepare or make any needed modifications to these plans per your geographical location, building codes used there, preferred construction techniques, materials and most importantly soil type where your home is to be built.
PD&D was founded by Robert Phillips, a Professional Building Designer. As your designer having an incredibly wide range of experience, I will complete your project from start to finish of construction with all elements covered and resolved. With over 18 years experience in construction and design I have the in-depth expertise required to make your dream home a reality.
