Founded in 1879, Sam Houston State University is one of the oldest universities in the State of Texas. The Bearkat community of faculty and students resides in historic Huntsville, affording students proximity to the urban resources of Houston and the charm of a small town university campus.

PDG was contracted to design a canopy addition to the Large Animal Hospital at Texas A&M main campus. This canopy is intended to provide shelter during the handling of animals as they are moved into and out of the facility. The budget for this project is $500,000. Ag Café – College Station Campus PDG was contracted to conduct a conceptual study to determine the feasibility of expanding the existing Ag Café, a popular food service venue on the main campus of Texas A&M University. Conceptual designs were developed along with associated cost estimates. Actual projections for increased revenue versus the project costs (cost/benefit ratio) were reviewed and our client reached the decision that the study had shown the expansion would not be profitable at this time.
