PE-Services has become recognized as a national leader in MEP design for Senior Living projects. The firm has experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care projects. Our clients say that one of PE-Services greatest strengths is proactively researching applicable codes and regulations necessary for plan approval and certification and ensuring that they are implemented into our documents.

PE-Services has extensive experience in developer driven retail centers. The firm has provided MEP designs for power centers, outlet centers, and lifestyle centers.

The founder and president of PE-Services, Trent Beighle offers both depth and breadth of experience in the design and construction industry, from field installation to estimating, project management, and design. He worked full-time for an electrical contractor while earning his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at Wright State University. After graduating, he worked for a design-build contractor as lead engineer. Trent started his own MEP engineering business, PE-Services, and grew it into a thriving firm with retail, hospitality, and specialty clients across the United States.
