We ship by UPS or US Postal Service. You can pay through Bank Wire or by Credit Card or Paypal. Bank Wire instructions will be sent to you if you choose to pay by Bank Wire. Do you have the items in stock? If the product is displayed online then it means it is in stock at that time. However, due to the high volume of orders some item may be already out of stock by the time an order is placed. All orders are based on first come first served basis. Therefore normally we can fulfill about 90%-100% of the order. I need a RMA for my order Return product authorization must be obtained in writing from PJEE prior to returning any GOODS SOLD HEREIN to PJEE. The GOODS SOLD HEREIN must remain in its original packaging and unused. If PJEE determines that the product is defective, a return authorization will be communicated to BUYER, as well as instructions on the methods of return. Any unauthorized return, i.e. for which no authorization number was provided, will be returned to BUYER at BUYER's own expense.
