Serving Industry since 1979, our family-owned business began with the initial goal of offering industrial and municipal preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Hence the name "Pumps - Motors - Controls ", a.k.a. “PMC”, was born. The Middle Georgia area was the perfect location due to its accessibility throughout Georgia as well as surrounding states. With the use of IRD and Entek vibration analysis tooling, training, and programs, we were able to monitor and trend critical operating conditions of various types and sizes of industrial and municipal machinery for many concerned plant maintenance customers. We are a full-service contractor with well over a 100 years experience between employees in providing quality service to industrial and municipal clients in the south eastern united states. From machine work and fabrication to new mechanical rebuilds and installations, from electrical calibrations and troubleshooting to vibration analysis and balancing, our technicians are dedicated to working with you to implement a solution that meets your needs.

At PMC, we provide a wide variety of Field Services for the Macon, Grey, Forsyth, and middle Ga areas.

Responsibilities include working as a field technician to troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, tune, configure and install variable frequency drives and drive systems, digital and analog DC drives and drive systems, be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics, an understanding of PLC's, flow, temperature, pressure, and level control loops a plus. This individual must be able to install, calibrate and troubleshoot transmitters, controllers, and electronic valve actuators, have a strong troubleshooting background on both AC and DC controls, have experience working with pneumatic and electronic instrumentation and controls. This person is to have a professional and positive attitude when interfacing with customers and co-workers.
