Amy Klein is the Manager of EPM Training Solutions for PM Resource Group, LLC. She has worked with Enterprise Project Management products for more than eight years as a trainer, instructional designer, implementation consultant and mentor. Amy specializes in developing role-based training programs to coincide with implementations, beginning with training PMOs and determining the training needs for an organization, and ending with the team members reporting time to the projects. She has implemented EPM solutions and developed customized training programs for Fortune 100 customers.

Rock-Tenn Company is one of North America's leading manufacturers of packaging products, merchandising displays and recycled paperboard. In early 2002, it was determined that an enterprise project management (EPM) solution was needed primarily for aligning IT with Rock-Tenn’s seven business units. Senior Management wanted visibility into and accountability for IT initiatives. IT wanted to make sure its activities were appropriate, important and beneficial to the businesses. To achieve this, IT needed new processes and a toolset to provide accurate data and reporting.

Course Description: Students use Microsoft Office Project Server in this advanced workshop to review 70-634 exam topics with emphasis on advanced capabilities and features new to Project Server 2007. Students should have prior experience managing programs in a Project Server 2003 or 2007 environment, including the ability to create and manage master plans, and efficiently utilize enterprise resources to achieve program goals.

Atlanta PMI Chapter’s annual Professional Development day on Saturday, August 26 th at the Home Depot Store Support Center.
