Co-founded in 1985 by Jo Ann Boggs, Poly-Pak & Ship, Incorporated is a Woman Owned American success story. From our humble beginning in a 5,000 square foot building to our present 52,000 square foot facility we have been committed to providing quality service at competitive prices with a genuine concern for our customer's satisfaction. What began as a cooperative effort with a local printer to reduce their finishing costs has now grown to be a respected, full service presort and mailing facility servicing the needs of companies nationwide. Our willingness to tackle and accomplish difficult jobs has earned the satisfaction of many customers. Our services include but are not limited to presorting mail lists, addressing, poly-wrapping, envelope stuffing, pick and pack, storage and mailing of all classes of Domestic and International mail. Our facility is located in Vandalia IL 65 miles East of St Louis MO on Interstate 70. To assist our customers in reducing their postage and freight costs we have partnered with pool shipping and co-mailing companies. Since our beginning we have worked closely with the United States Postal Service to ensure complete understanding of all mailing services, procedures, discounts, and regulations. We keep abreast and in compliance to the United States Postal Service software, Postal One, with our BCC Mail Manager and newly added Monticello Software.
