Sharon Martin, founder of Profit Strategies, Incorporated and PS Benefits worked for many years at the large Wall Street Investment Firms before deciding that she could better serve her clients as an independent consulting firm. Located in the Conejo Valley on the border of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, PS Benefits is more centrally located to service our clients from San Diego to Central California. PS Benefits was built on the idea that the small and mid-sized business deserved the same service as the large corporations. We continue to provide innovative solutions that allow better access to benefits and services including secure websites with benefit summaries and links to providers. PS Benefits saw the advantage of offering choices to employees of small companies and was early to adopt the consumer driven health plan designs that we think will be the future of health care in our country.
