A member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), PWBA President Bill Wible has served in the field of architecture for over 40 years. Bill is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is a U. S.

Vice President Edward Brummal , a registered architect for 35 years, has often served as project architect or principal-in-charge, designing schools, industrial manufacturing facilities, retail facilities, banks and churches. Certified by National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), Edward is also a Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) with the Construction Specifications Institute and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the U.S.
