With many years of tooling and design experience and state-of-the-art technologies, our engineering staff can meet and surpass your tool design requirements. We specialize in aluminum die cast tooling with die sizes up to 3500 Ton DCM. We have additional experience designing Zinc, Magnesium and various Trim dies for our customers.

Patterson Mold & Tool is a full-service tool and die facility that has been servicing the die cast industry for over 30 years. In 2008, our quality system received the AS9100 standard certification, which has allowed us to provide the aerospace industry with tooling and "fly-away parts". Pace Industries is constantly working to provide uncommon solutions to our customers. One example is with product design assistance. Our customers know what they want from a functional point of view, and we know how to make a quality casting. Working together with our customers, we can help develop casting designs that satisfy functionality as well as castability requirements. Our CAD software library includes Pro/ENGINEER, SolidWorks and Unigraphics.

Our current production state is "Product" value stream management with the focus on flexibility for our customers. We have moved to a three shift operation covering 7 days a week. We have a wide range of modern production equipment to insure flexibility, high quality and quick turnaround for our customers.

We perform a variety of secondary operations such as sanding, milling, drilling, tapping and assembly; as well as working with several top notch commercial painters. This portfolio of capabilities allows us to provide our customers with complete products, ready for use.
