Dan has worked with Pacific Building Group for over 25 years, where he began as a drywall hanger in the field, eventually making his way into the office as part of the Estimating team, and finally becoming a Project Manager overseeing tenant improvements. Dan's extensive experience in construction, from the beginning to the end of a project, allows the Facilities Division to provide clients with a superior level of expertise.

Self-Perform Trades As Builders, not just managers, we provide interior and exterior framing, taping and drywall, custom soffits, demountable wall installations, specialty finishes, and the installation of specific client FF&E items. Specialty trades also include acoustical ceiling and panel installations meeting both functional and design aesthetics. These trades are crucial when it comes to driving the schedule and ensuring the final quality of the space.

Preconstruction Our goal is to assist the client and design team to maximize the value of their dollars and to minimize any potential disruptions during construction. Participating in open communication through schematic and design development and enlisting trusted subcontractors for specific cost, constructability, and lead time efficiencies allows us to provide the best solutions for a successful project.

Conceptual Budget & Scheduling Working closely with our real estate partners and clients, we provide cost estimates and preliminary schedules to assist in the determination of achieving the project goals. These services can be engaged utilizing simple floor plans and test fits for lease negotiations, annual capital improvement assessments, and due diligence analysis for building purchases.
