With a focus on product training and contractor sales support, the new branch has a conference and training room. There will be regular trainings on all of our product offerings, to keep our customers informed of the rapid advancements in technology. The meeting room will also serve as an information center and showroom for our customers, allowing for them to retrieve literature, meet with their clients, or receive added sales support.

We want our customer service to be increasingly attentive to the needs of our customers, delivering services, product, consulting and technical support developed specifically to meet their needs.

As always, the new branch will continue the tradition of customer service and satisfaction that has made Pacific Energy the leading hydronics wholesaler in Northern California for over 20 years.

The unique demands of our market require a tailored inventory to meet the needs of our customers. The new branch will focus on maintaining the levels of inventory and range of products that the market demands. With regular replenishment from our central warehouse in Santa Cruz, we aim for complete fulfillment rates.

Their offices and manufacturing plant are located in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. Heliodyne manufactures and assembles a variety of solar water heating products. The product offering encompasses not only flat plate collectors, but heat transfer appliances as well. All of Heliodyne’s collectors and heat transfer appliances are SRCC certified, ensuring that all of their products are built to the highest standards.
