Our goal is to educate our clients to become knowledgeable buyers and sellers by serving as a resource that provides scholarship and information to novices and experts alike. Our Research and Appraisal Department is comprised of experienced, accredited appraisers and specialists are able to provide knowledgeable and appropriate information in order to sell or appraise items in our care. Information Technology staff keeps us on the cutting edge of the latest technologies at our disposal to include live online bidding and an elaborate database system to allow accurate and comprehensive reporting for our consignors and buyers. The Marketing Department takes advantage of print media, radio, TV, trade journals and focus particular attention on the internet and our website that draws a great deal of traffic daily. We also have an extensive mailing list that we use on a regular basis to communicate our activities to our customers.
