Description

Michelle led Hines’ Construction and Project Management teams on site at PG&E’s General Office Complex consisting of 1.9 million square feet. She has experience working with high profile clients such as Washington Mutual, The Clorox Company, McCann-Erickson, and Deloitte. Her work overseas for Citibank (North Asia Headquarters in Hong Kong) and Sapient (Sydney, Australia) proved her ability to wear a number of hats, to adapt to a variety of cultures and to find effective ways to dissolve barriers.

Clark is a founding principal of Pacific Project Management, which was established in mid-2009. He has 20 years of experience in commercial construction and real estate project management. He started his career in the field building houses and site surveying while in civil engineering school at CU Boulder. From there he worked as a project engineer and manager in the construction industry, and then worked his way up to managing $100M plus developments as an owner representative for a large real estate company.

Her experience spans over twenty years in the architecture and construction industries. As a licensed architect at STUDIOS Architecture she managed a number of award winning projects. Her Project Management career started in 1997 after being recruited by Hines, an international real estate firm recognized for providing high quality properties, service and value.

Joe brings more than 25 years of senior management experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, operations, and energy management in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Food/Beverage industries. Joe has demonstrated his commitment to continuous process improvement and technical excellence by addressing key challenges associated with product manufacturing, facility operations, and regulatory compliance. Joe has managed all aspects of capital management projects for over $200MM in facilities upgrades.
