Pacific Tech is capable of providing our clients with architectural/engineering design services as well as General Construction services. By controlling the design and construction phases, we are able to provide consistent technical expertise from project inception and planning, through to mobilization, construction and completion. Pacific Tech has experience in performing nearly all aspects of vertical and horizontal construction and is able to provide our clients with the capability to realize almost any new construction project from site work to building commissioning.

Pacific Tech is certified to provide every type of roofing system on the market and works closely with the manufacturer throughout the entire roofing process. This simultaneously allows the client to enjoy the benefits of a quality roof system and eligibility for specified warrantees. Pacific Tech is also experienced in removing roofs of both typical and non-typical design, made of standard construction materials as well as those containing hazardous materials such as asbestos or lead.

Our Mechanical Division project teams have established a reputation in the industry for planning and scheduling that has consistently driven our projects in on-time and on-budget. We have experience completing projects safely and with minimal impact, all the while working with the client to insure minimal facility down time. We pride ourselves in making sure that whatever the mechanical project may be, we will safely and efficiently provide our clients with a superior product, regardless of project constraints.

Two years later in 1995 Cal made the decision to partner with his former High School classmate, Joe Lane and thus Pacific Tech Construction, Inc. was born. Though Pacific Tech is a General Construction company specializing in many trades, Cal made it a priority to strengthen the roofing division of his company. Currently, Pacific Tech self performs 100% of all roofing contracts and has been a successful leader in the roofing industry.
