Description
Martha was born and raised in central California, and has lived in Oceanside for 26 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA. Martha has been employed with the Oceanside Unified School District since 1991, and is currently the Executive Assistant to the District Superintendent and to the Director of Communications. She also taught office occupations classes for the district’s ROP program for several years. Martha’s community service includes knitting hats and mittens for various homeless outreach programs, and knitting small blankets for dogs and cats at the North County Humane Society and her veterinarian’s office.
