P.A.T.S. would like to thank Senator Mitch McConnel of Kentucky for his help in securing a discretionary grant in the amount of $2 million to renovate and move P.A.T.S. offices and maintenance facilities into one building. P.A.T.S. will also be able to purchase 3 thirty-passenger buses with this grant.P.A.T.S. would also like to thank Representative Ed Whitfield of the First Congressional District of Kentucky for his help in obtaining a discretionary grant in the amount of $500,000 which will be used to purchase 5 ADA para-transit vans and 1 new Trolley replica bus.Paducah Area Transit was awarded the brokerage for Human Service Transportation Delivery in region 1. P.A.T.S. will broker all Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Blind, Foster Children, KCHIP, and KTAP. Using the following Sub-Contractors in Region 1.
