About Us Pagosa Realty Rentals, LLC We are a small company that has been managing rental properties in Pagosa Springs, Colorado under the same ownership for 30 years. We make every effort to insure that your vacation lodging will meet your expectations. We are happy to talk with you by phone or email to fit you with the perfect rental for your needs. Prior to your arrival, we inspect your rental to insure that everything is clean and in working order. Our office is centrally located in the Frontier Building at the corner of Highway 160 and Piedra Rd (CR 600), between town and the Wyndham Resort. Our regular office hours are between 8:15 and 5:00 during the week and until noon on Saturdays and our answering machine is alway on. We are available to handle emergencies after hours. After hours check-ins are no problem. In addition to vacation lodging, we manage a large selection of long term rental properties.
