Description
Waterguard products are designed to stop the intrusion of water into cement based mixes. Waterguard reduces then closes the open pore structure of concrete products by growing an integral crystalline structure; resulting in densification of the concrete, stucco, or mortar. Water cannot penetrate and carry chemicals that attack, corrode and deteriorate concrete and reinforcing steel. Surfaces are less likely to spall or suffer surface defects when exposed to harsh inclement environments. It’s all in a bag, waterproofing and chemical resistance. We have designed mixes with application for interior and exterior. Proprietary Admixtures help increase durability and resistance to environmental and chemical attack. All concrete complies with ASTM C-387. ASTM is only a minimum standard. Tradecraft Packaged concrete’s are chemically engineered to meet the more exacting performance standards of the engineering community for project requirements. Meeting and exceeding is our goal.Tradecraft stucco systems are high performance systems. Contractor application efficiencies and workability were central to the product development. Tradecraft One Coat Stucco meets or exceeds ICC/ICBO structural and fibre ratings. Contractors get the performance benefits, bag after bag. Unlike field mixes, the consistency of controlled manufacturing insures constant quality assurance. Tradecraft Pre-Mixed masonry grouts conforms to UBC 21-19 and ASTM C-476 when tested in accordance to ASTM C-1019 for structurally reinforced masonry. Core fill grouts are manufactured with Portland cement, sand, gravel and chemically engineered proprietary admixtures for shrinkage compensation and water reduction. They are engineered to be placed at high slump and achieve required design strength. Three formulations are produced to meet various application needs.
