Our employee longevity figures say a lot: of our more than 200 employees, 12 have been here more than ten years; 20 have been here more than seven years; 23 others for more than four years, and 64 have been Paltech employees for more than two years. Turnaround among the technical staff is particularly low. When administrative people leave, it’s frequently because they’ve been recruited by the agencies where they’ve been working on a contract. And unlike some contractors, we have a long history of keeping our valued employees on board when contracts end.
Front-end analysis (FEA) is a systematic process tailored to determine the most optimal training/learning solution in order to meet the needs and goals of the target audience/learning organization. In addition, it is the primary means of diagnosing and resolving performance problems. With over 16 years of experience, Paltech is well-versed in conducting FEA for a wide variety of training and learning solutions such as instructor-led, mentoring/coaching, web-based, mobile, Learning Management System (LMS), print, and CD/DVD.
Paltech currently is a prime contractor under several Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles that offer government customers an array of professional and technical services through a streamlined acquisitions process. Paltech is also a subcontractor under many additional government contracts. We work with potential customers to help them identify appropriate contracting vehicles to meet their service procurement needs.
