Determined to maintain the structures of Mitchell, Steve Otterby and Larry Titze launched a dream in 1979. To ensure top quality service, Steve and Larry insisted on actively being involved in the day-to-day operations of both the agricultural and commercial construction divisions. For over 35 years, they have built strong relationships with their customers. Because of this, repeat customers create 75% of our business. Since 1979, Palace Builders has been dedicated to providing uncompromised service to customers, and professional growth and fulfillment for all employees.

As one of our foreman, Jim Foster brings several years of experience and knowledge to Palace Builders. He grew up in Mitchell, graduated from Mitchell High and Mitchell Tech, then started his career in Construction. He brings many years of construction experience and expertise to our full service construction company. When not erecting buildings, he enjoys spending time with his wife Shari and four children.
